We are home from an absolutely fantastic trip to Essen. We met so many lovely people and enjoyed staying with wonderful hosts David and Jen and their Great Dane. =) I hardly even missed the beagles, and that’s saying something!
I decided to reschedule the ONLINE drawing from tomorrow afternoon to Saturday October 25 at noon Eastern time, for all those who didn’t go to Essen or weren’t able to find us in person at Essen. (“Needle in a haystack” is how one person described the ease of finding us in the constantly shifting crowds.) Sorry about that! But 70 people did manage to track us down =)
So, if you want to enter the ONLINE drawing, there is plenty of time, just go over there on the right, where you can type in your email address, and click subscribe, and that’s it =)

Sounds like a great time! Beautiful dane. I bet that was different then having two little ones. 🙂
It was great to have a dog always available at petting/patting height, and what a lovely portable heat source. She was wonderful!
