I must leave shortly to reclaim Rahdo at the airport! I hope y’all have enjoyed him, but I’m very happy to be getting him back  =)

But first, since we’re doing the drawing for the free Gleeples tomorrow I spent yesterday on the torch, playing with Gleeple couture…and present to you some freshly bathed gleeps.

gleeplesAnd here they are…so if you’re the winner you can get thinking about if you want yours with stripes, glitter top, or what. I love this group photo, it really shows that each one has its own little personality.

You may notice that the stripey bright green one on the right has eyes, a smile, and feet. I know that’s not strictly meeple-shape, but gosh, it is cute if I may say so!

Would love to hear comments on if you like a flattened head like the red and dark green, or a round head like the pink and blue. Or if you like having an expression. The dark green one was made with a skinnier mandrel so I’ll be trying a different stringing material for that one, but it also allows the head to be smaller. Gosh, a lot of variations, but that’s what makes it so much fun!

OK, I’m off to catch the ferry. Yay!

Oh My God they are soooo cute.! :)))))))))))) I like the one with fatty pink legs:), blue is just WOW-my favourite colour, as far as the green is concerned, that one has strickly meeple-shape if you ask me. The stripey bright green is the cutest couse of the eyes etc.:) The remaining ones are elegant. I just love them all!!! Jen, you are truly talented lady! and nice-that I got from your husbands videos:))) Greetings all the from Poland! 🙂

Rahdo suggested I try black eye dots, instead of just indenting them. So, will give that a try next time I’m on the torch. Thanks for your comments, it’s lovely to hear such great feedback!

Jennifer these are fabulous! I adore the smiley green one in particular. The rounded head, feet and cheekiness add your own touch yet keep the “meepleness” at its core.

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback! I almost didn’t show the smiley one, as I thought it might be too cutesy, but y’all have reassured me that it’s a good amount of cute.

Hehe, yeah! For the prototype, I used just solid green and black, but I do like decorating them a bit more. They’re more personalized that way!

I also really liked how the shirt on the blue Gleeple has a distinct bottom edge. That was fun to do =)

I love the smiley face ones!

But you are making it really difficult on me. Let’s see, I have a birthday in November and then Christmas … Maybe I can make it work, but you can’t do any more innovation until after the New Year!

    Love it!

I’d like to get a gleeple with smiley face and feet like the green showed on Rahdo’s video, how do I go about ordering it, what option do I select, and can I pick the color and shirt\no shirt?

They are all beautiful by the way,

    Thank you
    Dan

      Hi Dan

Thanks for your question! I have the Gleeples up on my Etsy site now at

      https://www.etsy.com/listing/200588521/gleeples-wearable-player-marker-by

If you want the little green guy I’ve already made, just pop me an email via the contact link and I’ll set him aside for you. If you’d like a Gleeple made in your favorite color, you can do that on the Etsy site where there’s an option for a customized Gleeple in the pulldown menu. Then you just include the details of what you’d like in the checkout form.

That should be pretty streamlined, and once Etsy sends me the details of your order, I’ll be in touch to make sure I’m clear on what you want. Then I’ll make the piece and show you photos. I want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your piece before I mail it to you. =)

I’m happy 2x’s over! First I stumbled onto Rahdo’s reviews which led me to your beautiful art! Love all the Gleeples. I can tell you put a lot of care into your art. The green one with my smiley face won me over though. I feel like I’m look at a litter of puppies… all so cute, which one will win your heart?! Thanks to both of you. You guys have brought table top gaming into our home. I’ve bought 2 games so far based on your recommendations (I have long wish list of games we’re saving up for). The best thing is we’ve had a regular family game night the past 3 weeks! Woo hoo to newbie gamers and families reconnecting. You guys have brought a lot of joy to our family.
